• The first order of business (aside from delivering a powerful sermon!) is recording the sermon digitally. There are a number of cost-effective methods you can use to do this, including:
  • Using an audio-CD burner and running it from your sound board.
  • Using a pocket digital audio recorder with a lapel mic input and wearing it on your person.
  • Using a pocket digital audio recorder with a line input and running it from your sound board.

• Once the sermon has been recorded, you simply need to send us information about the sermon (sermon title, speaker name, etc.) and a copy of the sermon itself in whatever format is most convenient for you. There are a number of ways to go about this:
  • You can upload a medium- or high-quality audio file to your personal upload bin on our server. Whether you'll be dragging MP3s right from your recorder to our server or compressing WAV files and uploading them, the process can't get any simpler, and we can walk you through every step of the way!
  • Don't like the idea of bothering with the upload bin? Feel free to drop an Audio CD in the mail! We'll put it in the queue as soon as we get it!
  • Is your church located near the East side of Columbus, Ohio? Even better! Feel free to drop an Audio CD by our Pataskala office location!
  • Whatever your situation, we'll work with you to find the solution that is right for you.
• Now that we have a copy of your latest sermon, the real work can begin. On Monday morning, your client manager takes your sermon audio, along with all of the information you've supplied about your sermon, and loads it into MiNK, our custom media processing system.
• After giving MiNK all the information about the sermons from that Sunday, your client manager will instruct MiNK to begin working on them.
• MiNK will then work, sometimes long into the night, processing sermons and placing them online. In order to make your sermon web-ready, MiNK will encode the audio in MP3 format and tag it with the relevant information.
• Once the MP3 has been processed and uploaded, MiNK will instruct the media database at MalexMedia.Net™ to publish the sermon.
• At that point, your sermon has been published and it will appear on your site in a matter of minutes!
• Once MiNK has finished its work, your client manager will step in and carefully inspect the results. (You didn't think we'd leave your sermon at the mercy of the machine, did you?)
• Now your sermon is ready to be heard around the world!
